SECTION 19 - UNCLAIMED RETURNS
If your order is returned to us marked "unclaimed," we will:
- Charge you for reshipping the item, if you wish to have it sent again.
- Alternatively, if the item is not reshipped, a processing fee may apply to cover administrative costs.

SECTION 20 - PRODUCT WARRANTIES
For starter kits: 60-day money-back guarantee – Your 100% satisfaction is important to us!
- Our 60-day money-back guarantee for starter kits assures you a full refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your PICKI NIKI shower head. This also applies to starter kits that have already been opened and used. Please note that this 60-day money-back guarantee applies to starter kits ONLY.
- You must request an exchange or a return within 60 days of ordering the item by contacting us at support@pickiniki.com.
For all other products:
- You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and withdraw from the purchase contract. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused and in its original packaging.
Damage and Issues
- Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and rectify the problem.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
- The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order.

Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for unused periods. -
Price Changes & Modifications
We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees or features at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and continued use of the service after modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms. -
Refund Policy

Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a subscription if there is a violation of our Terms of Service or misuse of our platform. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
SECTION 27 - REFUSED DELIVERIES AND UNANNOUNCED RETURNS
- If a package is returned to us because the recipient refused delivery, provided an incorrect address, or failed to collect the shipment, and no prior formal cancellation was received, we reserve the right to deduct a €15 processing and restocking fee from the refund.
- These deductions do not apply if the return is due to an error on our part, such as shipping damage, defective items, or incorrect fulfillment.
- If you still wish to receive the item after it has been returned to us, a reshipping fee will apply before we dispatch the order again.
SECTION 28 - REFUSED DELIVERIES AND UNANNOUNCED RETURNS
PICKI NIKI ships from Germany. International customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations and for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.
