SECTION 19 - UNCLAIMED RETURNS

If your order is returned to us marked "unclaimed," we will:

  • Charge you for reshipping the item, if you wish to have it sent again.
  • Alternatively, if the item is not reshipped, a processing fee may apply to cover administrative costs.

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid delays or additional charges.

SECTION 20 - PRODUCT WARRANTIES

For starter kits: 60-day money-back guarantee – Your 100% satisfaction is important to us!

  • Our 60-day money-back guarantee for starter kits assures you a full refund if you are not 100% satisfied with your PICKI NIKI shower head. This also applies to starter kits that have already been opened and used. Please note that this 60-day money-back guarantee applies to starter kits ONLY.
  • You must request an exchange or a return within 60 days of ordering the item by contacting us at support@pickiniki.com.

For all other products:

  • You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and withdraw from the purchase contract. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused and in its original packaging.

Damage and Issues

  • Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and rectify the problem.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

  • The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union

  • If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As described above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • We'll notify you as soon as we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.

SECTION 26 - SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

  • Subscription Plans & Billing
    By subscribing to our services, you agree to the applicable subscription fees and billing cycle as outlined at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or every six months, depending on your chosen plan.
  • Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
    Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for unused periods.
  • Price Changes & Modifications
    We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees or features at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and continued use of the service after modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.
  • Refund Policy
    All subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you experience issues with the service, please contact our support team for assistance.
  • Account Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a subscription if there is a violation of our Terms of Service or misuse of our platform.     No refunds will be issued in such cases.

 

SECTION 27 - REFUSED DELIVERIES AND UNANNOUNCED RETURNS

  • If a package is returned to us because the recipient refused delivery, provided an incorrect address, or failed to collect the shipment, and no prior formal cancellation was received, we reserve the right to deduct a €15 processing and restocking fee from the refund.
  • These deductions do not apply if the return is due to an error on our part, such as shipping damage, defective items, or incorrect fulfillment.
  • If you still wish to receive the item after it has been returned to us, a reshipping fee will apply before we dispatch the order again.

 

 

SECTION 28 - REFUSED DELIVERIES AND UNANNOUNCED RETURNS

PICKI NIKI ships from Germany. International customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations and for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.

  • United Kingdom: For orders under £135, VAT is included in the purchase price and collected by us. Orders above £135 may incur additional customs fees and import VAT, which are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.

  • United States: Orders under $800 typically do not incur customs duties or import taxes. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with any state-level sales tax requirements if applicable.

  • Switzerland and Norway: Local import VAT and customs fees may apply and are payable by the recipient upon delivery.

We do not issue VAT invoices for non-EU shipments unless required by law or where registration exists in the destination country.

 

SECTION 30 - MINIMUM ORDER VALUE POLICY

To ensure efficient order processing and shipping logistics, we apply a minimum order value requirement:

  • The minimum order value per transaction is €50 / $50 / £50, depending on your selected currency and delivery destination.

  • Orders that do not meet this threshold will not be processed.

This policy helps maintain sustainable shipping practices and ensures proper order fulfillment standards for international delivery.
