How long do the filters last?
Vitamin Filter: 30 days for 1 person
Sediment Filter: 30–90 days
If more people use the shower or your water is very hard, you'll need to change filters more often.
💡 Pro Tip: Store your shower head upright after use. This helps the filter last longer by letting water drain out.
Can I travel with it?
Yes! PICKI NIKI fits all standard ½ inch shower hoses worldwide.
And trust us—hotels often have terrible water. A lot of our customers bring it on their city breaks and holidays (especially to Paris or Stockholm 😉).
How do I install & clean the shower head?
Installation (2 minutes):
- Unscrew your old shower head
- Screw in your PICKI NIKI – done!
Cleaning (min. quarterly recommended):
- Mix water + 1 tbsp baking soda + 2 tbsp vinegar
- Soak shower head for 1 hour
- Scrub gently if needed and rinse with clean water

How to Request a Return or Exchange:
You must contact us at support@pickiniki.com within 60 days of your order date to request a return or exchange.
Refund Details: The cost of the original transportation and return shipping to our warehouse is non-refundable.
Other Products: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For all other products, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and cancel the purchase contract.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition: unused and in its original packaging
