Starter Kits: 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your PICKI NIKI shower head, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee exclusively for starter kits. This policy even applies to starter kits that have been opened and used.

  • How to Request a Return or Exchange: You must contact us at support@pickiniki.com within 60 days of your order date to request a return or exchange.
  • Refund Details: The cost of the original transportation and return shipping to our warehouse is non-refundable.

Other Products: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For all other products, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and cancel the purchase contract.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition: unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

This allows us to assess and resolve the issue promptly. Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you need is to return the unwanted item and place a new order.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union)

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Refund Process

  • We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Note: Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us using our contact form.

Refused Deliveries & Unannounced Returns

If a package is returned to us because the recipient refused delivery or due to incomplete or incorrect address information, and no formal cancellation was submitted beforehand, the return will be considered an unannounced cancellation.

  • A processing and restocking fee of €15 may be deducted from your refund to cover return handling.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For orders shipped under a free shipping promotion, we reserve the right to retroactively deduct a flat-rate shipping cost of €15.
  • This does not apply if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged product, or shipping error).

Right of Withdrawal (EU Legal Notice)

If you are an EU customer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  • You must inform us by email to support@pickiniki.com before the 14-day period has expired.
  • The items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • You must include your name, address, order number, and the items you wish to return.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to opened or used hygiene products, gift cards, or sale items.
