Right of withdrawal and start of the withdrawal period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract (under UK law this is also called "cancellation") within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

For subscriptions, we also grant you the right to withdraw separately for each delivery, starting from the day you receive that delivery.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (PICKI NIKI GmbH, Torstraße 172, 10115 Berlin, Germany, email support@pickiniki.com, telephone +49 800 00 60 968 (free of charge from Germany; from abroad, please use email)) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

You can also declare your withdrawal via our online withdrawal function (button "Withdraw from contract here", shown in the footer of every page of our online shop) at www.pickiniki.com/pages/vertrag-widerrufen. If you use this function, we will send you without undue delay, on a durable medium (for example by email), a confirmation of receipt that includes the content of your withdrawal and the date and time it was submitted.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will make this reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. If your order was delivered to the United Kingdom, please send or hand over the goods to: PICKI NIKI - B306, Blue30, Great Stambridge Hall, Rochford, Essex SS4 2BF, United Kingdom. For all other delivery countries, please send or hand over the goods to: PICKI NIKI GmbH, Torstraße 172, 10115 Berlin, Germany. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

End of the withdrawal information

Early loss of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal ends early for contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (UK: Regulation 28(1)(a) Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013; EU: Article 16(e) Directive 2011/83/EU; Germany: Section 312g(2) No. 3 German Civil Code (BGB)). As long as the seal has not been removed, the right of withdrawal continues to apply without restriction.

Customers in the United Kingdom

If you are a consumer and we deliver your order to the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel (withdraw from) the contract within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, this return address applies instead of the Berlin address above: PICKI NIKI - B306, Blue30, Great Stambridge Hall, Rochford, Essex SS4 2BF, United Kingdom.

Guarantee terms: voluntary 60-day money-back guarantee

We grant this guarantee voluntarily and in addition to your statutory rights. Your statutory rights (in particular in respect of defects, the statutory warranty) and your statutory right of withdrawal continue to apply alongside it without change. You can assert your statutory rights in respect of defects free of charge; the guarantee does not restrict them.

1. Guarantor: PICKI NIKI GmbH, Torstraße 172, 10115 Berlin, Germany, support@pickiniki.com.

2. Scope and duration: The guarantee applies to all items of an order, including subscription deliveries. You can return shower heads even if they have been opened and used, together with the filters that came pre-installed in the shower head or included in the shower-head box. Filters ordered additionally (Vitamin C gel filter and sediment filter) and accessories ordered additionally, including the Travel Pouch, can only be returned unopened and unused. The guarantee period is 60 days from the order date; for subscription deliveries, from the date of the respective payment collection.

3. Territorial scope: all countries to which we deliver.

4. Procedure: Write to us at support@pickiniki.com within the guarantee period. We will reply with the return address: PICKI NIKI GmbH, Torstraße 172, 10115 Berlin, Germany, or, for deliveries to the United Kingdom, PICKI NIKI - B306, Blue30, Great Stambridge Hall, Rochford, Essex SS4 2BF, United Kingdom.

5. Costs: You arrange and pay for the return under the guarantee yourself. We do not refund the costs of the original delivery or of the return. If the order was delivered free of charge, we deduct the standard shipping price of the delivery country (Germany €6.90, other delivery countries €9.90, United Kingdom £6.90) once per order and at most up to the amount of the refund. If you return goods within the statutory withdrawal period, this deduction does not apply and we refund as for a withdrawal, including the cost of standard delivery. We do not charge compensation for use of a shower head under this guarantee. In the event of defects, § 10 of our Terms and Conditions applies; PICKI NIKI then bears the costs.

6. Refund: We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original means of payment.
