After much research, I purchased this shower head with 2 integrated filters. I was expecting greatly reduced water pressure and modest reduction in hard water deposits on my shower and hair. The Picki Niki shower head with the handle filter and gel filter IMPROVED my water pressure with a wonderfully soft, but powerful stream of clean, softened water. My hair feels softer and I notice decreased hard water deposits on my shower pan. I LOVE IT and will absolutely repurchase!!

While I'm happy with the product itself, I'm equally dissatisfied with the general return procedure. At a price of 99€, I would have expected a smoother process. I also have to pay the return costs myself, which doesn't exactly make for a positive customer experience.
