Minimum Order Value & Free Shipping Thresholds
- Minimum Order Value: We process orders starting from a minimum of €50 / $50 / £50, depending on your location and currency.
- Free Shipping: Available once the minimum order value is reached. Additional free shipping thresholds apply by region (see below).

We ship with DHL Premium – fast, trackable and secure. Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds depend on your region:

Delivery Times

VAT & Customs Information
- United Kingdom: For orders under £135, UK VAT is included at checkout and no additional fees apply. For orders over £135, import VAT and potentially customs duties will be collected by the courier upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer.
- United States: Orders under $800 typically clear customs without import taxes or duties, thanks to the U.S. de minimis threshold.
- Switzerland & Norway: Local VAT and applicable customs duties are not included and will be collected by the courier upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer.
- Other non-EU countries: Import taxes, VAT and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Please check with your local customs authority if in doubt.
Subscription Shipments
All subscription boxes (delivered every 6 months) ship free of charge worldwide – starting from the Standard Box size.
Additional Shipping Terms
- Tracking: We provide tracking information on all shipments where applicable.
- Unclaimed Orders: If your package is returned to us as “unclaimed,” we may deduct a processing fee of up to €25 to cover return handling, including reshipping costs, inbound inspection, system re-entry, and storage. If you wish to have it reshipped, a new shipping fee will apply.
- Refused Deliveries: If your package is returned due to refusal or incorrect/incomplete address, we reserve the right to deduct a processing and restocking fee of up to €25, plus return shipping costs, from your refund. If the order qualified for free shipping, a flat shipping fee of €15 may be applied retroactively.
- Unannounced Cancellation: If no formal cancellation is submitted before delivery is refused, we consider this an unannounced cancellation. In such cases, your refund may be reduced by shipping, return, processing, and storage costs.
- Retroactive Shipping Deductions: For refunded orders that qualified for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct a flat €15 shipping fee unless the return was due to our error.
- Processing Fees: For refused, unclaimed, or unannounced returns, we reserve the right to deduct a fee of €15 within Germany, or up to €25 for international shipments, plus return shipping and handling costs.
- Exceptions: No deductions apply if the return is due to a wrong item, damaged product, or shipping mistake on our side.
